I was very impressed with Imperial Pool & Spa Services, Inc. They phoned me within minutes of my request on Service Magic. He was very friendly and professional on the phone. Even though my problem was on a smaller stature, and he wasn't sure he could fix this type of tub, he didn't hesitate to put me on his schedule. Although my particular model and type of tub could not be accessed or rememdied, I appreciated the courteous attempt and profressional manner in his course of action. My husband runs a company, and I know how rare and important this type of customer service is to find.
