Smaller company provides for a personal level of service. Rec'd an email confirmation the day before the garage door installation and a phone call the morning of. Even though they informed me they were running late, the installer still arrived within the 1 hour designated time frame. Installation was complete in just 2 hours. Price was right. Since they are a smaller co. they may not have as large of a selection in stock.
