Reface Already Installed Cabinets in 46037
Their salesman was outstanding. The men who did the work were very pleasant and thorough and my cabinets look wonderful! There were a few loose ends to finish up and they asked me to pay in full and I didn't think that was right. They did have to come back several times because the drawer fronts that were not correct on the first order had to be re-ordered and that took some time. All-in-all I am thrilled with my new kitchen! They need to tell people who order the white fronts to their cabinets that they do not paint the small wood strip inside the cabinets--we had to do that ourselves--and it really needs to be done.

The service was great. A sales man came out within 1 to 3 days. He was a very nice man and a great salesman. He went into his very long pitch why I should chose his company. 50 year warranty from his company on labor and material. 50 year warranty from the company the produces the shingles. everything is made in he U.S. The crew arrived within a week and was done in another week. The last day only one guy showed up and I think he rushed it a bit.

They offer a great product that they are very enthusiastic about. The workmen were polite and courteous and left the worksite clean every night. The work was conpleted in a timely manner and they were professional at all times.
The only negative was the number of phone calls I received after the project was completed, regard possible future projects. The calls started just days after the roof was completed and in spite of being told we didn't have plans to start any new projects until the roof was paid off, they kept calling.
A call to the customer service department did remedy situation quickly.
