My wife and I are very happy with the service provided and outcome of the project contracted. Our house has a brick knee wall surrounding the picture window base that was falling apart due to foundation settling. Not only was Innovative Restoration capable of repairing the damage but they also leveled the brick surround making it true. They were professional, on-time, and very reasonably priced. We intend to contract their services on upcoming projects.

The seller was agreeable to negotiate a lower price which made me choose for cost purposes only. The professional attitude of the young men employed by this firm was above average. A mistake and repair was made to the interior wall. I am not satisfied with the "fix" and will contact seller A.S.A.P. This project takes a few months to be completed, torqueing bolts to pull wall to near original position, therefore I cannot rate the effectiveness of this job. Norm Young
