| I found my experience with TCG to be a value far beyond what I had anticipated. Mr. Miller was more than professional and provided my family with a basement that we will enjoy for years to come. The work they performed was of a quality that I hoped for. The crew was both clean, friendly and informative. They kept us aware of how and when our project was progressing. I would not hesitate to refer my family or friends. Out of all areas that required further attention only one took longer than we would have liked. The installation of the tile was not what I had specified and failure to communicate with my spouse resulted in a different pattern. One error was made in the drawer pull install but repaired without hesitation.
All in all, the end product was greater than I had imagined given the budget and design. Mr. Miller's design was completely different than what I had in my minds eye. Hands down, the best idea I had was to go with his.
