As a new business owner, I was a bit overwhelmed with all of the "lessons" I needed to learn in order to get my coffee shop built. Kenny not only designed my shop to the most current code, but also the drive-up window and lane on the outside. During my project, Kenny has made himself available to me for all of my questions and concerns. Every contractor I have received a bid from or had do the work all complimented the technical expertise of the construction documents which Kenny created. I would also like to add that Kenny also helped me find my plumber, fill out my paperwork including permits & zoning, and made equipment recommendations

We interviewed both Charles Ellis and Kato Smith. We were impressed by both canidates, therefore, choosing was difficult. We did not receive a response from Scott Perez, so we are surprised to see his name listed. We are evaluating Charles Ellis based on our experience negotiating a contract with him. We have not yet started the project beyond this stage. We want to thank ServiceMagic for introducing us to Charles Ellis and Kato Smith.
